We started Supawise in Ho Chi Minh City in early 2026 to help businesses put AI and modern software to work, with results they can trust.

Do you train AI models on customer data?
No. Supawise does not train AI models. Marvin sends data only to the model providers a customer chooses.

What the marks mean
The Supawise wordmark replaces the dot of the i with a teal diamond: a spark of insight. The Marvin symbol draws an M as a workflow through five steps; the amber step in the middle is where a person decides.

Our approach
- Our websites and Marvin run on Cloudflare's network, with encryption in transit and at rest.
- Access to systems and data is limited to the people who need it, protected by multi-factor authentication, and recorded.
- Customer data in Marvin is kept in a separate space for each workspace, never mixed with other customers' data.
- We review our dependencies and apply security updates promptly.
Details of Marvin's security design are on Marvin's trust page. We will publish independent assessments as they become available.
Reporting a vulnerability
Email security@supawise.com with a description of the issue, the steps to reproduce it and any proof of concept. We aim to acknowledge reports within three working days and to keep you informed until the issue is fixed.
Guidelines for researchers
- In scope: supawise.com, marvin.supawise.com and their subdomains.
- Test only against accounts and data you own. Do not access, change or delete other people's data.
- Do not run denial-of-service tests, spam or social-engineering attacks.
- Give us reasonable time to fix an issue before you disclose it.
If you follow these guidelines in good faith, we will not take legal action against you for your research, and we will credit you if you wish.

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and routes our email; our email service provider stores and sends it. They process data only on our instructions. We may disclose data if the law requires it.

Our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as needed to deal with them and for up to 24 months after, unless the law requires longer.
Your rights

supawise.com and marvin.supawise.com set no cookies and use no advertising or analytics trackers, so there is nothing to accept or decline.
